Please fill out the appropriate form for the draw you are entering. You can only enter one draw for each day (this means you can't enter 6-man single and sophomore double draw). Only one person from each group (either suite/double) need to fill out the form.

All forms are due by 5pm the day before the actual draw. All draws are at 9pm.

March 30:
- Singles
- Bathroom Doubles
April 6:
- Doubles
